You'd think after all these posts I'd have figgered this out by now. Since I'm laid up w/knee trouble and nothing to entertain me but the Internet, you can expect more of the same.

Thanks. It's an “insufficiency fracture” or “bone bruise,” and the recommended treatment is 6-8 weeks on crutches. I'm in week 5.
