Isn't it, though? I've learned to be sure to celebrate the victories when we get then, rather than dwell on all the defeats. Having to deal with the Reagan, Bush I, Clinton's Republican Congress, Bush II and the current crop of Congressional landwasters throughout my professional life has made it a necessity.
BTW, | even the Saudis are getting into the solar cell biz. | I'll bet hey're looking down the road at a post-Petro future in addition to minimizing their massive fuel oil consumption. Speculation is that they could be pumping balls-out, in spite of the falling price, because they realize that the world will have to leave a huge fraction of the remaining crude stock in the ground to prevent global catastrophe and they want to be sitting on as few "stranded assets" as possible.
