I said this on the other post about this, but…how much do you want to bet this guy loves to go on about "Chicago politics!!!" and how Nixon was (supposedly) robbed in 1960 in Illinois?
The Constitushunnn says judges serve for good behavior. I put forward that not only is Scalia not doing much behaving of any kind for the foreseeable future, but he's beginning to emit a bad odor (moreso than usual, one might say). Ipso facto no longer a judge.
One of my facebook friends is freaking out because Obama is "being so disrespectful" and "setting a precedent' by not attending Scalia's "state funeral". So much dumb in one sentence.
This could be fun. There's already plenty of zombies in Congress, so why not at the court, also too.
