I think I saw a blowhole, although it's hard to tell from that video. It looks to me like a newborn baleen whale, except for what the fishermen are calling "teeth" (which may not be teeth at all). The scratches on the sides are significant too, I think. Cetacean skin is very thin over the insulating blubber layer and joined with rather flimsy connective tissue. Scratches easily and the white fatty layer underneath the dark skin really stands out.
