    1. Yeah, this feels like a full-out assault on democracy today. A lot happened in one day, the day before Trump meets with the Russians, for a reason.

According to a complaint filed in Kanawha County magistrate court, police say Heyman approached Price and Counsel to the President Kellyanne Conway as they entered the Capitol Tuesday afternoon, asking them questions. The complaint accuses Heyman of “aggressively breaching” the secret service escorting the two when he was detained by Capitol police.

      I guess it all depends on how "aggressively breaching" is defined.

      1. Yep. Just saying that sometimes the press can be arrogant, although a laid-off NPR stringer seems a highly unlikely candidate to exhibit Dan-Rather-style I-am-the-news arrogance.
