The writer makes a good point: these people, who just chose to live in a place where they could afford to live, are victims of the WW II nuclear program, just like the |Mallinkrodt| laborers who handled uranium ore with their bare hands without knowing what it was or what the hazards were, and the people at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But the government seems to be giving them the runaround.
