The reversal comes about a month after EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt told the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee that he didn’t learn of the decision until after it was made. He said it was “probably a decision that should not have been made in the way that it was.”
Looks like Chesapeake Bay residents better stay tuned.

Someone on Twitter or somewhere recently said that a statistics-y friend of his, someone who is the type who does complicated equations in his head, but focuses on election impacts long-term, a Nate Silver type, said after the 2016 election that this will give us 30 years of dems in control. So whatever shittery they are trying, I am guessing that the pendulum swing, when it finally happens, will be immensely satisfying – I just hope not too much damage happens in the meantime
