Back when yr hmbl srvnt was a scrawny second lieutenant in the USAF, it was in fact the policy of DOD that the US be capable of fighting two-and-a-half wars: one with the Soviet Union, one with China, and a half with, I don't know, Bhutan. This made perfect sense to our national leaders and their owners at Lockheed, Martin-Marietta, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Raytheon, ad nauseum.
Because they need it to go along with their cool new long-range BOMBER!

Yes but the school system gave it a social promotion so it wouldn't be humiliated by cancellation.
I thought that there were only three sizes of uniform, too big, too small, and out of stock.
