At one point in the video the judge talks about the sentence that was recommended. This woman plead guilty to a shoplifting charge in 2014 and, as part of her sentence, had to do what's known as a "diversion program." She didn't show up for that and so a bench warrant was issued for her arrest. The sentence recommended for that was 75 days. For a bench warrant. For failing to appear at her diversion program. No new charges since 2014 and the shoplifting charge is her only crime. 75 days for not appearing.
