1. Captain Khan died in 2004, when W sent him off to fight an unnecessary war, you ignorant ballsack.
2. Even if Khan's death were Obama's fault, that in no way justifies TehRump's deeply offensive comments about his parents, or of Muslims in general.
No one, least of all Trump, gives a fuck what Mike Pence thinks about anything. It's touching that Pence imagines he'll have any impact on the campaign. For the next three months he's going to be speaking at VFW conventions in Bismarck and Valdosta.
