This video has everything: Nelson Mandela and Vince Lombardi quotes, ominous music, scary graphics, pictures of prisons, dudes in riot gear, adjectives, a close-up shot of an ankle monitor, American Gladiators, people sitting in plastic chairs, everything!
One tip, though. The ending should be "WE ARE THE WISCONSIN DOC. WE WILL BREAK YOU." and then everything explodes.
After reviewing billables over the prior year and realizing that my "department" (ie: me) was responsible for a larger percentage of profits than anyone else, I once requested a dollar raise. Two weeks later, I inquired as to the status of my request. They said they had approved a raise, but it was only a nickel. I left.

One thing missing:

…employee outreach and a $10 million pay raise for rank and file officers.
Okay. Am thinking about it.
In June thousands of agency employees received a wage increase of 80 cents an hour.
Awesome. That's almost enough for a bag of Fritos out of the machine in the break room every day.

Did you take your Bad Attitude with you?
Proudly still in possession of it, 30 years on!
It was a great lesson, though.
Mandela did know a thing or two about being in prison.
