This is excellent. That the welfare director mentioned, Jack Frech, has worked as hard as he has and still does gives me hope that there actually are great people in the system, doing the best they can to help people.

The second episode is good too. It really takes apart the idea that poor people are poor by choice or laziness, with heartbreaking real-life examples.
