We got ~ 5cm up here in SF Bay yesterday. Part of the Santa Cruz Mts got hit with double that, and there was a NWS flash flood/mud slide warning for the areas affected by fires this past summer. I have friends in the Eugene OR area that had a hell of an ice storm from this system, and Portland got snow. Weej?
I even got rain here on and off, all night long. Waiting for the clouds to lift to see what happened up in The Palisades, hoping for a big dump of snow. Lack of surface water has caused Los Angeles to drill about eleven new wells here, to further desiccate the valley. Need some monkey wrench guys now, more than ever…
SNOW IS FORECAST TO OVERSPREAD THE REGION FROM THE WEST
LATE TONIGHT…THEN QUICKLY CHANGE OVER TO SLEET AND FREEZING
RAIN BY EARLY MORNING AND RAIN BY MID MORNING.
* IMPACTS…THE SNOW AND ICE WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS.
* TEMPERATURES…RISING FROM THE 20S INTO THE 30S DURING THE
ADVISORY PERIOD.
Also, one of my cats, too. Literally pooped on the wall rather than go outside (won't use the litter box, only poops outside). I am still baffled as to how he did that.
Weather Underground: Chance of precipitation: 10%
Ha!
Been raining all night here and the present likelihood is 48%, but it's stopped.
Do we need to review what probabilities mean? 😉

|Well, that's the time your baby be coming back. So there's that.|

My two dogs did NOT want to go out last night. I know we need the rain but I sure wish it would fall in the middle of the night.
Mine too.
