I believe the turbo on my Mighty Dodge diesel actually improves fuel economy. The supercharger on my Shelby, on the other hand, does anything but. Sure is a rush with your foot in it, though. Gonna miss that car when the time comes.

Back in my ute we used to make "superchargers" out of a toilet paper tube, not knowing wtf an actual supercharger was.
