Along these lines, something that particularly irks me the past few days is how the Trump "Administration" is screaming the "Fake news" bullshit, and that the media is the American people's "True enemy," and news outlets are picking it up as though it is serious news to report on neutrally. I was in the car today and hear the local CBS AM affiliate talking about Trump's accusations of exactly that – the media publishing "fake" news and being the enemy of the people, and not once did the CBS news reader note something along the lines of the fact that this is coming from a moron who spent eight years shouting that Obama wasn't born in America. AAAAARUGH.
Heard a similar report on KNX last night, but in that case the local anchor added a tepid "Many in the media expressed dismay, in light of many questionable statements made by members of the administration. Meanwhile, we have an update on that GIANT SINKHOLE IN STUDIO CITY…"
