Hey Karen, did you watch 60 minutes last night? They did a segment on how heroin addiction has hit suburbia, and as their example city they interviewed people from Columbus, Ohio.
There's a group of people on my company team who are in that area. there's a clique of the women who all go down to some doctor in Kentucky frequently, he writes them prescriptions for some dodgy diet pill. I'm not sure what they really take it for, or if it's for something else and they think it helps them lose weight, but it's a thing they do and they think that no one knows about it.
That really isn't surprising at all, especially considering there are people I've seen coming up here from Kentucky for legitimate treatment. Someone looking for something less legit being willing to go that far seems to make sense.
Let the Wookie win…
He's not missing, he's been making a movie (opening in theaters Dec 18!).
Lovely photographs with that article. They seem like nice folks.

Why haven't they just asked Bigfoot? I'm sure he'd know!

I didn't watch 60 minutes, but I'm not surprised. Heroin is all over the place in Ohio right about now.
It's here too.
