        1. And that is why I don't feel bad about pointing out her family's misfortune. If she can politicize it, so can I.

And it's why I'm having Jim Beam on the rocks listening to Christopher Parkening play Segovia's guitar transcription of the chaconne from Bach's Violin Partita No. 2, BWV.1004. Thirteen minutes and five seconds of heaven.

True story about Segovia: he was playing in Denver once, and I heard him interviewed on the local classical FM station's noontime arts show. The very earnest interviewer asked him how old he was when he mastered the guitar.

"The guitar is a very difficult instrument…" the seventy-something Segovia said.

Attention Sarah Palin: this is what we're talking about when we talk about "modesty" or "humility." They are is very endearing character traits.

  1. It is so tragic that the son of a millionaire with a national platform has had the PTSD he got during the brief time he drove top brass around ignored for five years. Such a pity Sarah couldn't spare a nickel or even a Facebook post on him until he got arrested for domestic violence that does not at all sound like a PTSD incident.

  2. This goes to show us all what this woman is capable of. A sociopathic grifter of Twain proportions. Lying, blaming, obfuscating, stonewalling, self-victimization…AOT,K. I really can't believe this has gone on for so long. Thanks MSM.
