Fucking assholes. I know someone who fell prey to those sharks- poor family, not particularly economically savvy, got themselves into an emergency situation and were desperate. They put up the car title as collateral to get the money they needed and it didn't take long until they were faced with either finding a way to magically come up with about 300% of the loan amount, or lose the car (which was worth more than even the criminally inflated 'past due' amount). Those bloodsuckers live for people like them, ordinary working stiffs barely making it from paycheck to paycheck when something goes wrong and pushes them over the edge. There should be a special place in Hell for those douchebags.
