Actually the paying was determined by spreadsheet that went from Ma & Pa paying 100% to paying zippo. How much was on us depended on credit hours completed and GPA. Didn't need 18 hrs of 4.0 point to have it all on us, but we we're gonna pay much for 6 hours of 2 point. One of the boyz updated the Excel file and used it with his daughter getting her BA. Guess he thought it was reasonable.
