yeah, it’s funny- the last few warm dry years, we’ve also gotten some showers in the summertime. 10 years ago, when it was cooler and wetter in the winter months, fog was the only moisture we’d see, May through November.
Of course they do- then they point to the higher rates of interaction with law enforcement as justification to call the cops even more- rinse and repeat
