ORDEAL!!1! Shit, about three hours ago Cmdr and I went to the grocery store, and I decided to change my air filter with a new one that I kept forgetting to put in (bad idea, apprarently..) I snapped the [son] housing shut, and got back in and tried to start the car. Nothing. I checked the battery, removed the plastic shit off that, and came to find that terminal corroded to absolute shit.. (not the other one, for some reason). We got it to the point that it would start, but then it died in the middle of the street and we had to push it into a Church's. (We think the battery cable is screwed. I got the alternator tested about 8 months ago and it was fine, so that means it will be the alternator.) Some dude helped us clean the corrosion off with a mixture of lemon juice (thank god I bought lemons) and hot water.. (acids/bases– glass'll love that). Then we had to wait for towing.. Dude took an hour and then drove past us in the 108 degree heat, with Cmdr all chasing after him and shit. Towed it to my repair shop (closed, of course). Then we had to wait for a cab back home.. I got all my Vitamin D for today. Ugh. Jesus Fuck!
