    1. Thanks for putting this up, Cmdr. I am still at my aunt & uncle, where sports are not allowed and I will eventually be forced to watch every episode of Big Bang Theory (fingers crossed, I've found a place and will be in there in less than 2 weeks).

      1. No problem. Big Bang Theory?! Yikes. I hope you find a place soon. At least your fellow Edelman is having a good game. I hope everything is ok.

          1. We are now watching a very long episode of Ken Burns' Civil War, which I have already seen. My uncle is now telling me about meeting Shelby Foote. Please send help.

  1. Maybe everybody here already knows this, but Where Men Win Glory by Jon Krakauer gives a more engaging and believable portrait of the life of an NFL player than anything else I've ever read. Pat Tillman was no ordinary sportsballer, which is what makes it so good.

        1. He really is good at non-fiction. I need to read his book about mountain climbing (Into Thin Air). But, seriously, his latest one about campus rape is really well done.

          1. Into Thin Air is good. Save it for a couple of cold winter days.
eta : Or one. I think I read it in one long day, it's that engrossing.

          1. Who doesn't?!?

I love that Zambonis apparently have a special seat for a passenger just to sit and wave and look pretty.

  2. Wish I could have watched but it was a long day and not a particularly pleasant one at all so I really couldn't. Should be able to make it on Sunday though, especially later in the day. Too bad the Patriots won, especially with the… um… questionable radio problems the Steelers had. Glad that the gamble on taking DeAngelo Williams late to get a couple of good games in actually worked though.
