Lucky bastard. Was that before or after HST brought the Hell's Angels over for tea?
After, or at least I don't remember before. I'd have only been 13 when that happened, and I think I waited until I was 14 before indulging in acid, because I was nothing if not responsible.
Huh, I was weird enough at 14 without Acid. I don't know whether that would have made me more or less normal.
both
The same, only more so.
Back then it was clean, no speed or strychnine. Safe as milk!
And the autumn rains will soon be bringing little 'shrooms to NW lawns. Do avoid the galerina autumnalis kiddos. Spore prints and make sure it has a gelatinous cap.
But according to its inventor, Shulgin, it's a 'difficult' trip. Intense closed and open eye hallucinations, feelings of falling or death, visions of tentacles, vines, eyeballs, sliding fractal patterns, colorful geometric patterns with durations of sometimes 24 hours, and none of the euphoric qualities of LSD.

Unrelated funny. https://twitter.com/thDigitalReader/status/641728…

Sounds like a great weekend!
Get on it.
