Gotcha. Xeriscaping is great when done well. I've seen many regrettable attempts to do it on the cheap, particularly at military installations in the SW.

I need to ask Blue if 'Peori' are denizens of Peoria, or if I should add an 'a'. (and I call it Pee-or-REE-ya, FWIW.)
That's how we pronounced it when I was in skool in Champaign. Sulfa apparently is helpful in treatment.
