In my experience, two things that usually will bounce an accepted commenter into the Pending Forest are a). changing your name and b). an I.P. and/or computer change. All else is just part of the grand mystery of life and code jockeys.
Totally OT, but all this codemonkey thinking made me remember:
In the old (mid to late 90's) version of MS Word's "Thesaurus" function, type the sentence "I'd like to see Bill Gates dead."
Select and hit the "Thesaurus" function
The suggestion is "I'll drink to that."
100% true. later versions fixed this, but not before gales of hysterical laughter were had.
