The last 50 chimpanzees owned by the National Institutes of Health are headed to Chimp Haven—a federally funded sanctuary in Keithville, Louisiana.
Is Jindal OK with having the Federal Government forcing these refugees on his state? How do we know they aren't Muslims? Africa's got lots of ISIS, you know. We have to keep our people safe from the possibility of attack by terror monkeys.
