  1. “Zombies and baby Jesus kind of made a lot of people mad,” Dixon said earlier this winter, before he put up the display. “It’s definitely going up this year, bigger and better.”

    I like this guy.

      1. "This is not funny …t" Facebook user Fam Quintanilla Brunner wrote on the page. "That's why God's eyes have turned away from our country."

Also, Christianity is under attack in this country for political correctness reasons.

        1. I went to Catholic school back in middle school and there were people who actually were banned from playing Pokemon because it featured "evolution" that works completely differently than the real thing. Some people will find conspiracies in anything, even a chicken that can breathe fire and kick things really hard.

          1. That's absurd. Were they upset that "Evolution" was featured, or that the evolution featured worked completely differently than the real thing?

If it was Evolution that was bothering them, that's doubly absurd. The Catholic Church has accepted modern evolutionary theory, more or less, since the 19th century. Gregor Mendel and Lamarck were Catholic priests, FFS and then there's those Jesuits…

          2. It was evolution. Literally because evolution in any form of the word existed in the game. Facts meant nothing to these people. I can say that there were some people who had more sensible parents, but the number that didn't, looking back, was quite sad. Back then I was just confused.

          3. Back then, at least, it wasn't official school policy to take the hard-line approach. Science was actually taught. Apparently that has changed dramatically in the last 10 years, so that sort of brainwashing is more prevalent.
