This happened about 10 miles from where I grew up and I've driven on I-35 over the Kettle River too many times to count. It's amazing that this guy was able to even see the deer. Of course, what he did next was nothing short of incredible. The Kettle (as we call it) is nothing to mess with, either. In the warmer months it's a popular kayak/rafting river.
