    That's what you call burying the lede. Uber is a repugnant threat to the very idea of a "job," but not asking what the price is for something before you buy it is, uh…dumb?

    1. I mean, I'm sure it was in tiny, tiny print on page 6. That said, it's a fucking app, and there is no reason, if you are putting in your starting point, destination and credit card number, that they cannot tell you the total price in very large numbers as soon as you input this. They already get around following regulations, insurance requirements, employment law…. the least these blood suckers can do is be upfront about how much they are about to soak you for.
