For a chance to have your name on the same list as Earl Warren, Wm O Douglas, and Oliver Wendell Holmes, a lot of people will probably be willing to endure some scrutiny from the Turtle and his compatriots.
Since it hasn't been a year since those turtlian nimrods approved former NY Fed Prosecutor Loretta Lynch as AG, it would be a bit hard to paint her as a Bolshevik, just sayin'. Or Barry just go with Angela Davis and see how many howler monkeys blow gaskets and join Scalia in the netherworld?
