A particular customer has made a habit of placing an order while blackout drunk and then blacking out before the order arrives. Last I was there I could see him through the front window, passed out on the sofa in front of the TV, but neither pounding on his door nor ringing his phone would rouse him.

We now have permission from Boss Lady to leave the order on his front porch the next time he does this (when he pays with a credit card).
