But as he had years earlier while angling for House speaker, Rubio used much of the money for himself — giving less than $1 to candidates out of every $20 spent, according to an analysis by National Journal. Rubio used the money to put together a campaign staff and fundraising operation that would set him up for later.

I am blessed in that I rarely have to take the 405 (which I like to call "the fuck-oh-fuck" since that's usually what I am saying when I do have to take it.)
