Jesus, when you're using making sure you have naloxone with you let alone a clean rig is not on your mind. Oh, and needle exchanges encourage more drug use, access to condoms and birth control encourages more sex, access to voting encourages more Democrats . . .
Oh, for fuck's sake, even some of the wingnuts are starting to care about drug addiction (now that it's becoming more of an issue for white folks, but that's another rant for another post.) I'd like to cut Paul LePage with a chainsaw of votes.
