        1. There's been several like it from the same person in the last month, I think it's one of the Bernie or Bust people.

          1. No, with his skills in subterfuge, the handle would be "O'KeefePretendingToBeSomeOldGuy."

          2. I approve all the ones I See pending because it's not my place to play content police, but yeah, there's a definite BoB vibe going on…

  1. "Paste Magazine"?

    About

Paste is a leading online arts and lifestyle brand, covering music, movies, TV, games, comedy, books, design, tech, food, drink, travel, style, comics and soccer.

Oh, right. The obvious go-to place for cogent in depth politico-psychological analysis.

  2. When the MSM talk about the Bernie dead-enders I assume it's just to provide some "balance" with the non-stop barrage of Trumpicana. But when a leading online arts and lifestyle brand devotes this many pixels and electrons to the topic, I think, "You know, Huffpo isn't as bad as it sometimes seem."

  3. The reality is that in mainstream media, social media, and—anecdotally—everyday life, Clinton supporters are furious at Bernie Sanders. Instead of viewing his platform tactics as the logical moves of a true progressive trying to claim whatever turf he can before the convention, they’ve painted him as a sore loser whose ongoing struggles are both audacious, presumptuous, and arrogant. In their minds, he should fall in line with Clinton completely, as Elizabeth Warren has, and unite the party against the dangerous Donald Trump.

Or, they are mindful of the need to appeal to moderate voters in the general election and don't want to lose their support just to get the BoBs votes.

PS: don't read the comments. No, really, just don't.

  4. Any proposals adopted in this meeting would be non-binding. They’d still have to be approved by the full platform committee in Orlando next month, and then voted in at the actual convention in Philadelphia.

Except that, as both parties learned four years ago, it's all done by voice vote with DWS herself deciding which side is louder.

  5. Good Lord, that whole article is shit and the author should feel bad for writing it. I considered doing a point by point takedown of all the crap they got wrong, but didn't feel like spending the evening doing so, considering how many items there are.
