It's a sad day, and not at all helped by the amped-up rhetoric I've been reading about how this was an orchestrated terrorist group attack (it wasn't) and that the French are deserving because of the way they treat Muslims (it's more nuanced than that, as you saw from previous post). Sure. You bet. It appears a lot of the stuff lately that folks want to assign to Daesh is the work of lone screw ups. Let's hope there's enough sane, thoughtful folks out there to not make the bogeymen seem more powerful than they are by tacking lone crazies on to their ranks.
