Orange is a flavor and a color, why not purple? Also, I never liked Skittles.
I have currants, too! Sometimes I toss some into the blender with some mint that also grows in the yard, pretty tasty.

I drink it with nothing else added. I will make a quart and refrigerate it. Very refreshing on a [Hot Summer Day.]
