The problem with hugging the denizens of a mud flat estuary is that when you try to get to know them they clam up. Reply
What with Peer Review Week and National Estuaries Week, it's a wonder anyone's getting anything done. Reply

Wow, how long has it been since that happened? My yard used to get that bad too, but the dogs have really gotten the gnome population down to a manageable level. Reply
I was overrun by the cutesy woodland gnomes, so I imported a virulent strain of biker gnomes to control the population. Oh, the gnomanity… Reply
Little Alex and his Droog Gnomes would have worked, too. <img src="http://www.howdidilivewithoutthis.com/wp-content/uploads/Clockwork-Orange-Gnome.jpg"/> Reply
No need to go all "Game of Gnomes" here! I think we can all agree that Juggalo gnomes would be a bridge too far.

If the crab likes the pasta, considering what else crabs like eating I'm afraid to ask what it tastes like. And the duck is simply demonstrating what happens when you miss the wires on a carrier landing. Reply
Rain here in Filnerville today, first in a long time. Nice and gentle instead of the frog-stranglers we usually get. Feels nice, even though you have to wring out the air before you can breathe it. Reply

They just don't want you quahogging up all their time.
They don't like being muscled out of their space.
They're practically fit to be tide.
