It's possible the shootee had a gun and was smoking a reefer, but the only things "proving" those assertions so far is that the cops "found" a gun and a dope stash at the scene. They're just not helping themselves by this gonorrheal dribble of evidence.
It's great that just about every citizen has a camera on them these days of equal or better recording quality. Big Brother really needs to up its game. I hope to hell this kind of stuff makes things better as time moves forward.
Thinking back to that long-ago time when I had a job working for someone else, I certainly would not have wanted a camera that recorded me all day at work. Then again I didn't carry a government-issued gun (plus a spare just in case) have the authority to shoot people to death.
I did have the authority to bore people to death, and used it promiscuously.
We may be on to something here- everyone who has a gun also has to have a camera that records while it's being used. Problem solved. Boy, that would be fun to see.
A large percentage of of whatever you point out happens to be astonishingly appropriate and it makes me ponder why I had not looked at this in this light before. This article really did turn the light on for me personally as far as this specific issue goes. But there is actually just one point I am not too comfy with, and while I attempt to reconcile that with the central theme of the position, let me concur with what the rest of the visitors have to say: Well done!
In my home when I take bored, I simply ON my PC and watch the YouTube Video Lessons.
I was snookered by 1:30A, so in an unusual turn of events, I decided to go to bed. I was confident in the knowledge that I could read all of the snarky comments that weren't allowed here and on Wonkette to get a pretty good sense of the evening. And I didn't even have to dive too deeply–this morning's headlines about how week and pathetic Trump was are enough to give me the warm fuzzies. I'm still going to read all of your smartass comments, though.
Shit. Well, so much for all of the money that the department spent on new technology that they don't intend to use.
I have been avoiding reading the details of this, but no longer. What the fucking fuck? That poor man, and his wife!

or a bee with a tiny camera glued on.
And on a related note, here's another curious case of police cameras mysteriously unable to function due to amazing circumstances: http://jalopnik.com/is-this-virginia-police-depar…
