Her husband is an acquaintance of mine, and he's on her list of friends, so he's gonna see it, and I don't see good things coming from that.

They are both barred from legally possessing firearms, so there's that. However, he's done time for using a knife before, on someone he suspected of hitting on her. The local law enforcement agencies know them, so there's no point in advising them.
I think I can understand why it would be hurtful to have everyone say, "Well finally you saw what was obvious to us all along" when in fact you knew you were in a destructive relationship and had to struggle to find the courage to escape.
So when the GOPers finally acknowledge that tRump is in fact a steaming turd on the national Aubusson, let's try to remember how this woman felt.
