I make a couple of exceptions to the chain restaurant thing though. There are a couple around here that actually do a lot of work with the local community.

Everyone in the town near me is all antsy about an El Pollo Loco "coming soon". I have no idea what to expect, but I'll try it at least once.
Meh. A Chain. Went there once. Maybe if they hire a well-paid, highly- trained crew…………..
I'm sure the help will be paid the minimum the law allows, at least to start…
