    1. The article says they're held together with some sort of stickum, but other questions come to mind, such as: How does it do on buildings with basements, or multi-story structures? No wiring or insulation in the walls? How are the walls anchored to the foundation or slab?

      In Italy many residential structures are built of ribbed CMU-sized bricks called forati, and after the structure's up an electrician goes in and chops out a pathway for wherever the wires need to go. Plaster is laid up on the inside walls to cover all the sins.
