I understand that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 mandates that public accommodations cannot reject customers on the basis of race. I'm pretty sure, though that you can keep a person out of your bar because he is an incorrigible asshole.
Everybody knows that Trump's election proves that racism is over forever, so I wouldn't expect that ancient legislative bit of silliness to still be on the books by the end of 2017.
