I have been tipped off by a friend that since I'm teaching 3 classes this spring, I qualify for health care benefits under my university's policies- so not only can I teach open insurrection against Los Federales through the use of electrochemistry, fuel cells and polymers, if I get injured in the battle I don't have to pay for band aids for paper cuts! Mwahahahaha!
My once and former future bride to be's current husband is an adjunct professor at a CC in SoCal, working full-time with no benefits. I guess he's considered a contractor, or some such BS. I doubt if I'll live to see single-payer in this country, but I/we can dream…
