I'm last person on earth fit to judge who should've done what in battle. But I'm afraid it won't be long before our legislature looks like the old Soviet Congress of People's Deputies, with colonels in full-dress unis in every other chair.
Trump'll probably want to class up the uniforms a bit too.
Not surprised. The military Corps guys I know are serious, dedicated total professionals who wouldn't piss down an asshole like Trump's throat if he was on fire. AS they say.
I heard a survey of the military referenced, on teh radio, that the grunt soldiers fell hard for Trump's line but the Pros and upper echelons are real worried. Not a good start.
