  1. @jbendery

Trump spox Sean Spicer clarifies Trump is annoyed by the timing of GOP gutting ethics watchdog, not the gutting itself.

    1. Right, because it's attracting attention to something beside The Great Man.

Amazing to think that office was only created in 2008, in response to the |Abramoff | and Cocktober scandals. Apparently from 1789 up until that time, there had never been any ethical problems in the House of Representatives.

  2. @AaronBlake

Lindsey Graham to Kilmeade on House GOP's OCE gambit:

"It’s the dumbest fricking thing I’ve ever heard."

  3. Optics! I'm only surprised that the orange idiot hasn't already Twitted about how this victory is all his doing. But that would mean he'd have to stick by defending it later when they try disbanding it again. Which would hardly be in the best interest of the Grifter in Chief.

  4. Republicans do a dumb thing.

Donald tells them not to do said dumb thing just yet.

    Reeps back down.

Media gives Donald credit for having an ounce of common sense.

…fuck, it's going to be a long four years.
