I have a very hard time imagining why she would even consider doing this. I envision her either setting up a foundation to focus on children's issues, or (if she doesn't want to be seen as competing with Bill's foundation) setting up a coalition of groups like Children's Defense Fund to do so. She can do for kids what Al Gore did for global warming!
