Well he was always an authoritarian manbaby. The scary part is that the putatively not-insane GOP is going along with him because they see an avenue towards getting what they want. Coinky-dentally, that's also how it worked with a certain Middle-European authoritarian and IG Farben, Krupp, the Junkers, etc.
I have no doubt that the GOP think they'll just keep him around and let him continue the fascism until they feel he will no longer be useful to advance their regressive agenda. But, you have to wonder, by the time they decide to pull the plug, will it be too late to stop him?
We're at about 1250 feet elevation, so getting hail a few times every "winter" here isn't unusual. Cold core storms and all. Yesterday was kind of cool- peppercorn sized hail, no rain. Then pea sized hail, another break, then the marble sized hail. That was kind of cool. Got ten seconds of video of it hitting our sunroom. Maybe make it the background for Blue's next song.
Folks are saying the way to get to him are not criticisms, but ridicule. That'll really drive him off the deep end. This man is worthy of ridicule, let's give it to him.
I know Jon Stewart deserves his retirement at this point, but I think he should come back for that very assignment. He knows how to push all of the buttons of the thin-skinned narcissist.
The old expression, ‘to the victor belong the spoils’—you remember,” he said. “I always used to say, keep the oil…So we should have kept the oil. But okay. Maybe you’ll have another chance.
Did Donald just say we're going back into Iraq? That's just fucking great…
But snark aside: this so exposes his ignorance. How do we "keep the oil"? Do we occupy the oilfields and refineries and pipeline routes and oil terminals and shipping routes in perpetuity, or until the oil runs out? Or is he ignorant enough to imagine we can somehow economically transport useful quantities of crude oil to the United States? Iraq produces 4-5 million barrels of crude oil per day.

Hey, where's Karen? I feel guilty, but we got centimeter sized hail here yesterday. It was fun.
I saw video of Half Moon Bay covered in it. Kind of a rare occurrence, no?

I can't really see inside his head, nor do I ever want to because eww, but he probably means steal their money derived from oil sales.
"keep the oil"- it means "keep the change", except with oil
FLASH: CIA forced to deal with leader all too similar to the kind they typically force upon other countries.
Elsewhere, tiny violin too tiny to be audible.
I bet Trump will promise "free, democratic elections" soon
