Co-robots, most likely. All the modern airliners fly themselves already; the only thing the pilot does is drive out to the active runway and back to the terminal after landing.
I haven't flown in decades. In fact the last flight I took was on a puddle jumper between LAX and MMH, and due to my excess height, I was placed in what would normally be the 2nd Officer's seat. I totally could've flown that plane. Landing it is an entirely different matter.

Flying is WAY more fun now! You don't have to carry any of those cumbersome constitutional rights on board with you.
