As do they all. Some of it (the security theater at the airport, for example) isn't their fault. But this was their own genius at work. As somebody at LGM said, if they're such free market true believers, they should have just offered enough money to induce people to give up their seats. If coughing up that much dough makes the business unprofitable, maybe they could re-examine their practice of overbooking.
