Hoping here in Richmond we can avoid the storm activity that drenched us yesterday — I've had tickets to see |this guy| since they went on sale in March. It's an outdoor venue, and the 50/50 chance for precip is a gamble but yeah I'll take an umbrella and galoshes if I must!
It was sooooo good.
We got rained on only a little, a light rain maybe 10 minutes' duration. We got rainbow'd as a result of rain + sun/ clouds >> water vapor. Totally worth it and what a versatile singer. Evoked everything from Maurice White to Jimi Hendrix as well as the last guy I watched perform at that venue, Robert Cray~
